What should I expect at my first appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment. We’ll need more time to talk about your goals and history and to review your intake form.
What should I wear?

Wear what feels most comfortable to you, but each service is a little different. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, concerns, or need accommodations.
1. Classic massage and cup massages: most clients undress to their underwear
2. Lymph support and energetic balancing sessions: wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes like a tank top and gym shorts

Do you accept walk-ins?

I do not accept walk-ins. My door is locked while I’m with a client, but feel free to text me at 314-732-8761 if you have questions about my booking page. You can also submit an Ask Me form requesting an appointment.
I do not perform massages on minors, but they are welcome to receive energy or sound work from me if their parent or guardian is present.

The Policies

Late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows
a. Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your session time will be deducted by the amount of time you’re late.
b. Cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged 50% of session rate unless other arrangements are made.
c. Weather-related incidents: We live in the Midwest, and weather can be an issue. If you’re late or need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to weather issues, please reach out. I live on a steep hill and will need to reschedule if there’s ice, snow, or other reason the road is impassable.
Code of Conduct: My Right and Your Right

a. Code of conduct - My Right: I have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. I reserve the right to terminate your session with no refund if I deem your behavior to be threatening, sexual, or inappropriate in any way.
b. Code of conduct - Your Right: You also have the right to zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. You have the right to end a session if you feel uncomfortable or threatened in any way.
